Do I set the delivery windows myself?

Yes. You set the working days, the windows and how many days ahead an order must be in the shipping method's settings.

Does it have an English site?

Yes. Every page and product takes an English translation and the visitor switches language from the header.

What else do I need to sell online?

A payment gateway in your own name and a domain. Hosting, upkeep and updates are on Sima.
