For a patisserie: custom cakes with the shopper's words and printed photo, a delivery day and hour, a guide to weight and number of guests and dry sweets by post, in one ready site that takes orders from day one.
On the cake's page the shopper picks the weight and flavour, types up to forty letters to go on top and uploads a photo to print on a sugar sheet. Only the shopper and the kitchen can open the photo, and it is never published.
The custom-cake page brings together the four ordering steps, a table of weight, diameter and guests, the time each kind of cake needs and what a printable photo must be. The shopper's usual questions are answered before they phone.
In the basket the shopper picks the day and one of four windows up to three weeks ahead, and days sooner than the cake needs are not open. Cakes and fresh pastries go only by the city courier, dry sweets by post to every city.
Dry sweets go to every city in closed tins by express post. Each one's page gives how long it keeps, how many are in a box and the box size, and the Yalda and Nowruz boxes go on pre-order before the season.
