The front page has five age bands, from 0 to 6 months up to 6 years and over, and sends the shopper straight to the goods of that age. Bands are tags, so a product can appear in more than one.
The checklist page lays out each part on its own: sleep, bath, clothes, outings and feeding. Each has a short list of what is needed with the shop's matching products below, so nobody has to hunt.
Every product has an age row and, as it fits, a safety row and a material. Clothes are listed by month and shoes by centimetre, each size with its own stock, so a size that runs out leaves the sale.
The shipping and returns page gives the swap window for clothes and shoes, says why opened diapers and bottles cannot come back, and keeps a separate method for large goods such as cots and strollers.
