A property page gives the price and price per metre, type, area, bedrooms, year built, parking and amenities such as lobby and video intercom. A contact or viewing request form sits beneath.

Common questions

Do the demo's listings and pictures become mine?

The site is built with these pages and sample listings so you can see how it works. Then you put your own listings in their place, or take the sample data out with one button.

Can I use my own colours and name?

Yes. You change the name, logo and two main colours in the settings and the whole site takes them.

Does it have an English site?

Yes. Every page and listing takes an English translation and the visitor switches language from the header.

What else do I need to get started?

A domain and your own listings and text. Hosting, upkeep and updates are on Sima.
