Plans and payment
Is the plan per site?
Yes. Each site has its own plan; several sites live in one account and one bill.
Is there a trial?
Yes, fourteen days free. No card is needed to start.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. An upgrade applies at once and the difference is prorated over the days left.
Site and domain
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. You connect it from the panel and its SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically.
What if I change the template later?
Your content stays put. The colours, logo and name belong to the site, not the template.
How do I add a shop?
The shop is an app: add it when you build the site or later from the site's page.
Migration and support
Can I move my WordPress site?
Yes. Posts, pages, WooCommerce products and images move over with the import tool.
How does support work?
Open a ticket from the panel, or start a live chat during working hours.
